The following was taught and prayed through during our 9:30 a.m. family prayer time with Sue DeGroot

We have family members who are walking around with a life sentence (spiritually).

Definition - A life sentence is a prison term - they are sentenced to spend the rest of their life in a prison (bound up here on earth, in captivity and then spending eternity in hell).

But, Jesus has already removed that sentence and set them free.

John 10:7,9-11 TPT
[7] So Jesus went over it again, “I speak to you eternal truth: I am the Gate for the flock...
[9] I am the Gateway. To enter through me is to experience life, freedom, and satisfaction. [10] A thief has only one thing in mind—he wants to steal, slaughter, and destroy. But I have come to give you everything in abundance, more than you expect —life in its fullness until you overflow! [11] I am the Good Shepherd who lays down my life as a sacrifice for the sheep.

John 3:16-18 MSG
[16-18] “This is how much God loved the world: He gave his Son, his one and only Son. And this is why: so that no one need be destroyed; by believing in him, anyone can have a whole and lasting life. God didn’t go to all the trouble of sending his Son merely to point an accusing finger, telling the world how bad it was. He came to help, to put the world right again. Anyone who trusts in him is acquitted; anyone who refuses to trust him has long since been under the death sentence without knowing it. And why? Because of that person’s failure to believe in the one-of-a-kind Son of God when introduced to him.

Heaven and Hell are real places, and the onus is on themselves where they will spend it (Luke 16:19-31)

God has put eternity in men's hearts and that they should choose life. (Ecc 3:11 & Deut 30:19-20 NLT)

Just as the Lord opened Lydia's heart to the Truth, so too, are the hearts of our family members being opened, as they hear the Gospel of Salvation.

No heart is to hard/difficult to be opened and for their life to be transformed.

Today is the day of salvation!
