The following was taught and prayed through during our 9:30 a.m. family prayer time with Joanne Summers

Prayed…

➢ We’re praying for – Israel (Psalm 83)

➢ Pastor Ric and Deborah and the leadership of Eagles Nest – for protection, wisdom and discernment; direction

➢ We call in the land, buildings (to hold the supplies), finances, and people needed to fulfill what God has called Eagles Nest to do for His kingdom.

Genesis 1:1-3 (AMPC) - 1 In the beginning God (Elohim) (prepared, formed, fashioned, and) created the heavens and the earth. 2 The earth was without form and an empty waste, and darkness was upon the face of the very great deep. The Spirit of God was moving (hovering, brooding) over the face of the waters. 3 And God said, Let there be light; and there was light.

When I read this passage I heard the phrase “clean slate.” A new start; especially to make a new start by cleaning the record; a record showing no mark of discredit, dishonour etc.; another chance after wiping out old offences or debts; if you wipe the slate clean, you decide to forget previous mistakes, failures, or debts and start again.

God’s glory demolishes darkness and His power is able to save to the uttermost all who come to Him. God’s Word is LIFE, LIGHT AND, FULL OF TRANSFORMING POWER.

John 1:5 (NLT) – The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness can never extinguish it.

Read - Hebrews 4:12 (AMPC)
God is able to bring His light to the tumultuous places, the dark places, the chaotic places, the hard hearts, the sinful places in the hearts of individuals. God desires ALL to come to salvation. Nothing is too dark that the Light of God’s Word cannot dispel it. God, through His people (graced by the Holy Spirit), brings the Light of the Gospel of Jesus Christ that destroys darkness. One Word from God will change anything. We’re praying for the salvation of family members and the returning of the backslidden ones. That hard hearts become soft, deaf ears become open, blind eyes see—that there be true repentance and complete surrendering of their lives to Jesus Christ.

Prayed…

Read - Luke 5:32 (AMPC)

We pray that they “come to their senses” - (this describes what happens when someone has been deluded and suddenly realizes the error of their ways; start to think and behave reasonably after a period of foolishness or irrationality; a dawning realization that comes when our own plans fail, a moment of clarity). We declare, no more confusion and that which was exalted above God’s Word is being dismantled, removed, and destroyed.

Read - 2 Corinthians 10:4-5 (AMPC) - AWAKEN! AWAKEN! In Jesus name we pray. Amen
